WORKSHOP:
THE EQUINOX SHIFT
with Ori and Janine

This workshop is designed to honor the transition into Spring, integrating movement, breath and mindfulness to welcome renewal and regeneration into our lives.

Janine will start with an intentional breath to movement flow turning the asanas into the mantra that harnesses the mind in disciplined attentiveness to the present moment.

Then Ori will lead a sequence of four breathing exercises to shift brain chemistry and down-regulate the nervous system. Sustained breath control for 30 minutes opens up parts of the palate, skull, jaw, and neck dispersing toxins, lymph, and cortisol from muscle tissue.

We’ll finish by sitting in stillness to unveil the mystery of our deepest, quiet selves. Ori will facilitate the mindfulness practice with visualizations, mantras, and guidance on how to heighten mental awareness.
