Join us for three consecutive Sundays to learn the basics of yoga. We'll focus on applying the principles of alignment and breathing techniques. You'll learn appropriate modifications for your body that will give you the confidence to attend any Power or Slow Flow class.

Get ready for golf season with this dynamic, hands-on, golf performance workshop designed to increase distance, power, focus and confidence. Join us for this special 4-week series that applies yoga-based physical and mental conditioning to the biomechanics of the golf swing. For golfers of all abilities. No previous yoga experience necessary. Lauren is a certified Yoga for Golfers (YFG) instructor.
