MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS with Alexia
A 3-part series using easy mindfulness practices, journaling and wellness tools to increase your sense of happiness and wellbeing. Led by Alexia Taylor, a Certified Wellness Coach and meditation teacher, sessions will include mindfulness exercises to heighten understanding of how thought processes influence emotional experience.
