SUP Yoga!

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of practicing yoga on the water balancing on a paddleboard! We'll have three sessions throughout the day.

Select one of the following class times when you register:

Feel free to come early or stay after your class to enjoy snacks on the beach
Bring a towel and a sense of humor!
Space is VERY limited… advance registration required

Location: We'll meet at a pond in Concord (directions provided upon registration)

Yoga Nidra with Amanda

Join us on a journey into the subconscious mind, to the state between wakefulness and dreaming. We'll begin with grounding pranayama (mindful breathing) and move into slow, relaxing asana to warm the body get prana flowing. We will then make our way into our most comfortable savasana being guided through the subtle body, deep into the subconscious state of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone and is useful to reduce stress and anxiety. There is no wrong way and the goal is pure bliss.
